Our Story - A Journey From The Heart

In the lap of the mighty Himalayas, where the air is pure and the silence speaks, a dream took root.

Ayush Chauhan, our founder, wasn’t always a tour operator. He was a wide-eyed traveller, once standing alone at a frozen mountain pass, overwhelmed by the sheer power and peace of the Himalayas. That moment – raw, humbling, and unforgettable – was the beginning of Meet Me In The Himalayas.

Born and raised in Shimla, Ayush grew up surrounded by pine forests and snow-capped peaks, but it was his journeys deeper into the heart of the Himalayas that shaped his purpose. After over a decade of guiding fellow adventurers across Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Kashmir, and even into the sacred trails of Nepal, Ayush understood what truly mattered – connection. Not just with nature, but with local cultures, stories, and with oneself.

Today, Meet Me In The Himalayas is more than a travel company. It’s a call to those who long for wild air, starlit skies, quiet trails, and shared stories around firewood.
