โœ… Booking & Payment Policy

At Meet Me In The Himalayas, we strive to make your booking experience seamless, transparent, and flexible. Please read the following policy carefully before confirming your trip.


๐Ÿงพ Booking Process

  • You can book a trek or tour directly through our website, WhatsApp, or by emailing us.

  • Once we confirm availability and details, a booking invoice will be sent to you.


๐Ÿ’ธ Payment Terms

โœ” For Fixed Departures:

  • 25% Advance Payment: Required to reserve your slot.

  • Remaining 75%: Payable at least 7 days before trek start date.

โœ” For Private/Custom Trips:

  • 50% Advance Payment: Required at the time of confirmation.

  • Remaining 50%: Due 10 days before departure.


๐Ÿฆ Payment Modes

We accept:

  • UPI / Google Pay / PhonePe

  • Net Banking

  • Credit/Debit Cards (link provided in invoice)

  • Direct bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS)

Bank details are shared upon confirmation.


๐Ÿ“œ Booking Confirmation

  • Your booking is confirmed only after the advance payment is received.

  • A confirmation email/message with itinerary, inclusions, and next steps will be sent to you.


๐Ÿ”„ Rescheduling / Date Change

  • Rescheduling is possible at least 15 days prior to departure, subject to availability.

  • A nominal rebooking fee may apply.

  • Short-notice changes may be treated as cancellations.
