We understand that sometimes plans change. We try our best to be fair and transparent while balancing the logistics involved in organizing Himalayan treks and road trips.
🗓️ Cancellation by Traveller
| Days Before Departure | Cancellation Charges |

| 30 days or more | 90% refund (10% processing fee) |
| 15–29 days | 50% refund |
| 7–14 days | 25% refund |
| Less than 7 days | No refund |
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Booking is non-transferable to another person without prior written approval.
🔄 Rescheduling
You may reschedule your trek (subject to availability) at least 15 days before departure.
A rebooking fee of ₹500–₹1,000 may apply depending on the package and season.
⚠️ Cancellation by Us (Operator)
In rare situations like:
Extreme weather
Natural disasters
Political unrest
Government restrictions
We reserve the right to cancel/postpone the trek. You will be offered:
A full refund or
A credit voucher valid for 1 year
🚫 No Refund For:
Voluntary withdrawal during the trek
Delays due to weather, transport, health issues
Missed departure due to late arrival at meeting point
